Chris Miller
chris@preferredpainting.comChris has over 12 years of sales and management experience, with a background in both direct and Fortune 500 corporate sales. His passion is people — he excels in building and maintaining client relationships. A University of Iowa graduate with a degree in Communications and Marketing, he enjoys skiing, biking, fishing, and the outdoors.
Rob Cooney
rob@preferredpainting.comRob has been a co-owner of Preferred Painting since its beginnings in 1992. With 30+ years servicing the commercial property management industry, he has built hundreds of personal relationships with property managers, engineers, building owners, and vendors. He has been extremely active in BOMA and IFMA, and served on the board of directors of Family Pathways.
Martin Morales
martin@preferredpainting.comMartin began with Preferred Painting in 1997 as a painter and has become the paint expert in the field. Bilingual and well-connected, he leads off tailgating festivities during football season and is known as one heck of a cook. He and his family love camping the Colorado outdoors.
Rich Copenhaver
rich@preferredpainting.comRich joined Preferred Painting in 2016. He has chaired several BOMA committees, served two years on the BOMA Board of Directors, and currently sits on the BOAC Board as membership co-chair. A proud member of IFMA and IREM. Outside work he is an avid Little League supporter across baseball, football, basketball, soccer, and lacrosse.
Max Segall
max@preferredpainting.comMax joined the Preferred Painting team in February 2022. A Denver native with a Communication degree from CU Boulder, he chairs the BOMA Workforce Development Committee and the IFMA Community Service Committee. He has also served on the boards of BOMA, IFMA, and Rocky Mountain Communities.
Veronica Cordova
veronica@preferredpainting.comVeronica has been with Preferred Painting since 2014, serving as a "Jack of all Trades." A Colorado native who grew up in a family of painters, she focuses on responsiveness — answering emails fast, walking through job details, and addressing any client concern that comes in.
Moraima Hernandez
moraima@preferredpainting.comMoraima joined after a successful career in the oil and gas industry. A native Spanish speaker, she brings a friendly and hardworking attitude to the team. A proud mom of two CSU students and a high school football player, she values family above all.
Cassie Martella
cassie@preferredpainting.comCassie holds a degree in Equine Genetics and Reproduction from Colorado State University. After pursuing her passion for horses, she found a new calling in sales — driven by her enthusiasm for connecting with people and understanding their needs.
Amanda Grenfell
amanda@preferredpainting.comAmanda joined Preferred Painting in January 2023. A Montana native with a Business degree from the University of Montana, she relocated to Colorado 14 years ago. She excels at getting projects started with efficiency, organization, and responsiveness.
Jason Morales
jason@preferredpainting.comJason started with us as a high school intern, where his passion for the trade quickly became evident. Now serving as Production Manager, he draws inspiration from his father — a valued team member since the late 90s — and aims to uphold the same dedication and craftsmanship.
